The Challenge
Porchfront Homes needed a website to showcase their multiple residential real estate projects that are spread out around Colorado’s Front Range. The website needed to be clean, well organized and easy to navigate. It also needed to be divided between projects, with easy access to information specific to each project. They were looking for a design that showcased their commitment to excellent design and green building. Another main challenge was incorporating search engine optimization for very competitive real estate terms.

Search Engine Optimization

ClearPixelDesign created a new website design that featured the company’s individual projects visually on the homepage. The main navigation made clear separation between company information and Porchfront Homes community properties. Search Engine Optimization tactics were used to create the framework of the website, with emphasis on the specific keywords that would put Porchfront Homes’ listings ahead of their real estate competition. We also created a website for the NOBO Living, one of the communities built by Porchfront Homes. We integrated the designs, but kept the look separate by using distinctive colors and photos for each.

Newport Harbor Corporation is a hospitality company located in Newport, Rhode Island, that owns and/or operates multiple restaurants, festivals and lodging businesses. Our challenge was to create a website for Newport Harbor Corporation and it’s individual companies. While each business was to have it’s own unique look and feel, they were all required to have a clean design, be easy to navigate and be optimized for the top search engines.
